Requesting Service

All new clients must request service at least 72 hours prior. Existing clients may request service 48 hours prior if August Animal Care has keys. Please book as early as possible.

Holiday Rates

There is a 50% surcharge for services provided on major holidays (New Years, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas).

Cancellation Policy

Services must be cancelled by telephone or e-mail at least 24 hours prior to their scheduled start. If service is cancelled less than a 24-hour notice, client is responsible for full payment.

Payment

Full payment is required at the time services are performed, excluding veterinary, supply, and grooming costs.
